Today, we'll be watching Travelers.  It is a little hard to explain but the basic premise of the show is a time travel fix-it - sort of like a darker version of Quantum Leap but the missions are planned.  In the future, humans figure out how to send their consciousness back through time and directly into people in the 21st century -- "travelers" who assume the lives of the people they take over.
